    Good, well managed , getting revamped , halls, pool, gym all getting upgraded . They even put electric charger for cars in the basement.Crowded appartments can be reported and will be taken care of as it is illegal. Stay aware and report to right source, instead of complaining in social media.

    Fortunato in JVC is an excellent place to live! The location is unbeatable, right next to Circle Mall, which makes shopping and dining so convenient. The building is well-maintained, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The community around is friendly, and there’s a great balance of peace and vibrancy. Plenty of green spaces nearby, and the accessibility to main roads is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in JVC!

    BEST building in JVC !!!You feel like on vacation when you stay, it is a resort style building. with a huge pool, beautiful green areas gym and Yoga studio !!! Friendly staff and maintenance team seems to be always on top of things.Big layout apartments ranging between 700-900 sqft for the one bedroom units. 1 minute walk to Circle with all the amenities you can imagine, supermarkets, shops, cinema and Wellfit, one of the biggest gyms within a mall in the whole country. I couldn’t ask for more!

    The best community in JVC, the largest apartments compared to all buildings in the area, a great place for families and kids, very lively and upscale, the largest swimming pool and garden, and very friendly security staff, strongly recommend

    I guess it’s a best building I use to live in Dubai. Special thanks for the management who cares about every singe details. The garden, pool, common areas regularly improving. . Staff are very friendly and supportive.

    I am currently residing here and i have rented a apartment which has balcony. Evenings it is amazing to sit outside for a tea or coffee or BBQ. Gym has necessity equipments, pool is also good.

    The best complex in JVC.What I like:-spacious layouts. 1BR in 78 is something very rare in the current market-low-rise complex. No problems with the elevator, no strange crowds of people-very well maintained and clean complex. I have never seen dirt or cockroaches anywhereAC works great-huge swimming pool with heated water. The gym is also cool, currently undergoing renovation- excellent sound insulation. I never heard the noise from the neighbors-very close to Circle Mall and JVC exit, close to the park- pet friendlyDislikes:- high rental prices, but this is part of the general trend

    Most of the old reviews, as of 2023, a lot has changed, have been corrected.In the summer of 2023, all corridors were painted, all lobbies were renovated, furniture was replaced, reception desks were replaced, all pipes were replaced, new cables were laid, the gym was renovated, old equipment was replaced with new ones. Entry and exit to the parking lot is automatic, without cards. They promise to renovate the courtyard and new landscaping. There are carts for suitcases and personal items at each entrance.

    Nice building. Wonderful patio and pool. True, some residents of the lower floors, who with their mini gardens, created rubbish not only near their home, but also outside it. But the security guards tried to keep an eye on this often. To my regret, the apartment was not very good. There were problems with pipes and air conditioning. The management of the company always came to the rescue in repairing the air conditioner and pipes. The downside of the building is difficult entry and exit (narrow opening)
