We love the whole community. All the facilities are great and spacious. The pool, gym, multifunction room, bbq open area and the tennis & basketball court are all amazing and well maintained. All apartments are smart and can easily connect your smart home system. The whole compound is always clean and smells great!! And mostly important, the whole area and all Dubai hills is pet friendly which makes it absolutely great! The dog park and all Dubai Hills park is 4/5 mins walking distance and also 5/7 mins walking distance to The Dubai Hills Mall.They have very strict rules for cleanliness and how everyone should be mindful so no one is ever bothered. They’re handling it very well.Maintenance team are very helpful and supportive too.One negative point is the parking slots for residents are so inconvenient and small and packed. Especially if you have an SUV, expect that you’ll find new scratches on your car every day!But in general, we’re very happy living here. I could say one of the best places I’ve lived at in Dubai.

We have loved living here! The location is superb and the gym is really nice. However, my neighbours and I have been having air-conditioning problems (also in the gym) and theres been many complaints about the pool not being cleaned enough. We have enjoyed ur apartment with a full equipped kitchen and floor to ceiling windows. Its been a good year other than the hiccups that are manageable.

Gardenia Residence Project is one of the numerous smart residences you can see all over U.A.E. The three block building (A, B, and C) has each block made up of 9 floors with each floor carrying at least 10 flats. I personally love the gym and swimming pool available at the project. What a fantastic place to leave
