A fabulous support team take care of this building. When a building resident recently collapsed by one of the lifts the nearby cleaning crew didn’t leave her side. One of them called the security team who immediately called an ambulance; the cleaning team stayed with her until her friend arrived. They kept their coolin an emergency and were highly professional and supportive throughout.

We had the pleasure of living at Geepas Tower for 4 years, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The building is well-maintained with modern amenities, and the management team is responsive and always ready to help. The apartments are spacious with a great layout, and regular maintenance ensured everything stayed in top condition. I especially appreciated the gym and pool facilities, which were always clean and functional.I would like to personally thank Mr Jaseer, Bilal and Basith and the entire team for all the support that was provided during our time with Geepas.Overall, Geepas Tower truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to live in the city.

I recently moved out of Geepas Tower, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Living here has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish.First and foremost, the property itself is fantastic. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. My unit was spacious, with plenty of natural light and high-quality finishes. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful swimming pool, and a cozy lounge area. The grounds are always impeccably kept, creating a pleasant environment for all residents. Located at a walking distance from Miracle Garden, easy access is available to E311 and other communities.What really sets this place apart, though, is the management team. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents well-being. Any maintenance requests were addressed promptly, often within the same day. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience.I also appreciated the sense of community fostered by the management. Supermarket, Pharmacy, Laundry, Salon, Food outlets are available in the same building and helped to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.Moving out was just as smooth as living there. The process was straightforward, and the management team was very accommodating, ensuring everything went off without a hitch.I highly recommend Geepas Tower to anyone looking for a new place to call home. From the first visit till moving in and now living here, everything and everyone related to this tower has impressed me. Jaffer convinced me well to shift, to move here and he is such a humble person to deal with and helped closed the lease agreement quickly.Ismail helped me with the ejari and all the documentation smoothly.Mohsin on the other hand, is swiftly working 24/7 to solve any maintenance or related issues. 10/10 for the maintenance team.The place has big apartments with superb built quality and materials are high standards. In 1BHK there is Closed Kitchen, store room, big hall, 2 bathrooms and big balcony.This place has some awesome amenities like 2 big sized gyms separate for male and female, steam, saunas, adults play area, kids play area, beautiful swimming pool, basement parking, Nesto grocery supermarket, pharmacy, Saloon, laundary.

I recently renewed my lease having lived in Geepas for just over a year. The administration of the building (queries, cleanliness, maintenance, security) is superb. Whenever I had any issues these were sorted effectively and efficiently. At the end of my first year lease I had requested a new apartment. Although 2 bed apartments are in big demand currently, one was allocated to me. The gym has all the basic equipment and is always clean. The current life guard is very meticulous in ensuring the pool and the area around the pool is cleaned daily. Names of staff to mention who have provided excellent service are: Christian-security, Abdhul-maintenance, Bilal and Ali administration)

After living here for over 3 years I can say its the best residence Ive encountered. The building is always well maintained, facilities are neat and clean. Huge thanks to the management that is always quick and helpful, all the processes and arising issues being solved in the best possible way. Unfortunately, we had to leave the country but if we ever come back, will definitely settle at Geepas again :)

A wonderful place to call home! The facilities are great (including both an authentic Sauna and a steam room), the location is convenient, the building is well maintained, and much more. With everything being self-contained from security to maintenence, any issues are dealt with quickly. Absolutely flawless service. Super efficient and timely.Ejari was out in 20 mins from signing the contract. They take you through a thorough checklist before you receive the keys so everything can be checked to your liking. Super friendly, accommodating and attentive. The quality of the finishing is great and everything can be customized or fixed to your standard. I’ve been here for over 30 years and this is by far the most pleasant moving experience.

Lived in the building for a year - i can safely say that I faced absolutely no problems during that one year. The pool and gym are very tidy and more than adequate if you want to work out.The entire process of leaving the building, too, was painless. This is the first time ever that a landlord has deducted an amount from my security deposit that I believe was justified for cleaning and painting the apartment that I left.The building itself is pretty nice and with the ongoing landscaping by the government, I am sure that the surroundings will become beautiful.Would have to mention Jafar and Muhsin by name - the most helpful guys I have ever come across in ANY buildings management.

Well maintained, very clean and tidy. Apatments are really cool. Very specious rooms and living area. Unlike many other new buildings you can find closed kitchen (Indian style) here, which most Indians prefer. They also have a fully furnished well arranged demo apartment for display for those who are looking for an apartment in the building which is very helpful and gives the perfect idea of space and planning. Residents have separate men and women gym, saunas and also rooftop swimming pool. There is a small playground for kids. Much recommended for families.

We lived in geepas tower for about 2 and a half years. It is the best building that we have lived in. The amenities are too class and the maintenance is also very good. Usually the maintenance is done for namesake to show the tenant that there is maintenance. But in geepas the maintenance is done to keep the building in good shape. And that makes a huge difference. Last month they were cleaning all the parking lots and parking spaces!! Thats the amount of care the building receives. Good locality to live in too.. amazing experience.

Geepas Tower is a Brand new Property with lots of amenities comparing to the neighborhood. Fully equipped 2 Gyms, Rooftop pool with a party area but with a good privacy, badminton court, basket ball half court, Table Tennis and Pool room. Supermarket, Pharmacy, saloon, Bus Stop are available down the building.Apartments are spacious with good balconies. Been a resident for about 2 months now and really happy with the staff service as they always help you with a friendly and professional manner. Highly Recommended!

We are a family of four who have been living in Geepas tower Arjan for almost a year and we will prolong our contact for another year.I would like to heartily thank the building management. On our first day we dealt with Jaseer, who immediately received us and offered us great terms and was very cheerful and friendly. When we started living, we managed with Muhsin and Bilal and EVERY time we had an issue, it was solved within LESS than a day and communication was so smooth and polite.When a recent fire happened in RAK, all team refreshed its memory in firefighting training. I think it is so great that we are so calm for our kids and ourselves while living in this building. When the staff is so welcoming and professional!Your team here is truly reliable😎 and always smiley😊Thank you for the high quality of living!

The unit size is big, great facilities and the building is always clean. The wonderful staff Muhsin & Jeseer and everyone from office, maintenance and to security are all very courteous, friendly and helpful. Extremely efficient staff whenever we have maintenance needs. Definitely a recommended place to live.

Amazing building! Living here for more than a year now. Building is new and clean and the apartments are very spacious ( 1000 sq ft for 1 bhk) The maintenance under the manager Moshin is very good and this is what we loved about this place. Moshin will handle the maintenance requests and fix it in less than a day. The building has an excellent gym, swimming pool and play area and there is a big nesto supermarket in the building. So we never really have to go anywhere . Thanks

Recently shifted in GEEPAS ARJAN, Amazing Team of Proffesionals, Especially Mr.Mohsin and Mr.Irfan (Prowin Properties) they helped us throughout before and after the shifting with every single requirement and helped us just like out of the way. Tremendous Gentleman.Very proffesional and well-mannered Staff and not only them but Supermarket and Restaurant staff are humble too and simply amazing. Building has wonderful amenities it has well planned layouts lovely finishing very spacious with extremely good facilities Especially for Families.Building has lots n lots of positivity and the GAS was connected within no time for cooking. Best thing about this Building is that the staff is professional wellmannerrd friendly helpful and they are always available.

We moved to this building 8 months ago and this is the 4th apartment we have shifted in Dubai . I must say this is probably best of many in terms of layout ( which is very specious perfect for any family ), location , facilities , maintenance and response from management . Mr Jaffer and Mr Mohsin from management have been always available and supportive to our needs. Building has a Nesto super market , a salon , restaurant, and a 24x7 pharmacy . Would highly recommend this to any family in Dubai.

Geepas Tower is a fabulous place to live in Dubai. The building is new, luxurious and the amenities are unmatchable. They got a huge gym with all latest machines and a punching bag. A big swimming pool on the roof top is just amazing. Steam and Sauna comes free as well. To add on, they have a games room with a nice billiards table and a ping pong table. They have an open badminton court, half basketball court, mini football ground and a big playground for kids as well. The maintenance is really quick and professional with nice and friendly staff. The management office is within the building and staff is really helpful. Mr. Muhsin is of great support when it comes to anything related to building maintenance and acts positively on feedbacks. The surroundings and the area is peaceful and near all basic facilities like hospital, schools etc. Supermarket, pharmacy, saloon is within the building premises and more stores to open. Miracle Garden is 10-12 min walk away. A very easy and near exit to Sh.Mohammed Bin Zayed Road for people who drive and an RTA bus service for those using public transport.

Very reasonable price compared to the building facilities, neighborhood and the services, the building management team is amazing, they are very supportive, always available, your voice as a resident always heard. In just a second you can use the application to request for whatever Maintaince service you need and responses received in a minutes. I never ever experience better than this. I highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking for an apartment to rent. There is a variety of New flats available for rent i.e. Studios, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom apartments built in a great location with superb views.Geepas Tower has all the facilities available e.g. Swimming Pool, Gym (Ladies and Men), Steam Room, Sauna, Basket Ball Court, Play Area for Kids, Billiard and Table Tennis Room. For convenience there is a Pharmacy, Supermarket and Gents Salon downstairs. They have maintained very high standards.The facilities of the building are really one of the reasons why i chose to move to this building. I am forever grateful for all the assistance received by the (Accounts Manager) Jaseer and his team. He is extremely helpful and assisted in every aspect regarding to acquiring the flat, maintenance and technical support.I required some minor work to be done in my flat and Jaseer (Accounts Manager) requested Shafeeque (Maintenance Technician), very pleasant and skilled in his work. Literally you can contact any of them at any hour and they will ensure that your request is noted.They have proven in providing an excellent customer service.To all who are employed in Geepas Tower thanks for making this a HOME away from Home.

Geepas Tower is a well designed building with good finishes. Well designed kitchen with storage rooms. The building has various amenities including a dedicated play area for children on Level 1. With Nesto and a Pharmacy already open, all necessary requirements are covered. Management is planning to start a saloon for men and parlour for women as well as a laundry shop. Separate gyms for men and women, mini football court, basketball and badminton court. The building also has parking spots for visitors.I especially love the balcony railings which are high and devoid of horizontal beams which means small children cannot climb on them. The balconies are huge.Arjans biggest advantage is the number of roads available to access the area. MBZ, Al Khail, Umm Suqeim and Hessa roads surround Arjan and accessibility to these critical roads is easy. There are many schools and a prominent hospital in the region.I do wish the bedrooms could have been a little bigger. Apart from this, I have nothing to complain about. Geepas management is also great. Sandeep and Mohsin have been very supportive. Overall a good project in a good locality.

I salute all staffs, from leasing to security to maintenance name it, Ive encountered all these teams as Ive faced some issues during my move in, fortunately they were all very helpful, from Mr. Jeseer in Leasing team and his colleagues who helped me with my DEWA connection issues and provided me assistance, Muhsin from PM - with my parking issue and maintenance who immediately rectified it. Security guard named Valentine who helped us carry things from loading bay and really attended to our request and did ensure that we are safe for moving heavy duty items from G to 19th floor is not easy, however with his help everything went well.Prompt response from all the concerns and requests, and provides world class customer service. Very accommodating and friendly staffs. Absolutely an experienced to be shared and services to be recommended.

I really am speaking very highly about the Geepas Tower. All the office staff and the technical team are very very helpful even at night time they will come to fix any issues related inside the flat.My very nice experience is that Mr. Muhsin and Mr. Abdul Ghani is always there with me whenever I am requesting any support and aside from that, they are also very nice persons very approachable and very friendly.Big thanks to these two very Helpful persons.

Amazing building constructed with high quality and excellent amenities.Currently residing in this building.i had seen about 80 units in other sections of Dubai before taking this flat.but by far was the best one for the price quoted and the sqft area offerred(mine is a 1109 sq ft area for a 1bhk which is huge compared to others.they have many other options too).the location is apt for me as its just on sheikh mohammed bin zayed exit so you dont enter the city traffic at all.the building has its own nesto supermarket and pharmacy and has almost every thing that you need.after maintenance is very quick and advanced and the maintenance staff is really helpfull.they have an app where you can register your issues and the maintenance team will be there at the earliest.definately a place to stay in Dubai.thanks team GEEPAS.please keep up the good work.
