Lived in this building for one year and we absolutely loved it until the construction around and the noise resulting from it became progressively harder to handle. The overall quality was better than your average Dubai building and we never had any issues. Also, we loved that there were not so many residents in the building: no noise and more chances to enjoy the pool and gym. Not sure what the building looks like now, but we enjoyed our stay there.

This is undoubtedly one of the best residential buildings in Sobha Hartland. The build quality is top notch, and it’s an extremely well taken care of property.

Nice place, good location with easy access to City within 22 minutes, no hassrles of traffic, straight road with few signals, a must to view ,no disappointment.
