It is a great place to rent from and they are managing it by themselves which is reflecting on thier very well maintained Building in Arjan. The property agent Aiza is very supportive, friendly and will guide you through out thier process for renting. The building itself is very clean, spacious and quite. The apartment is spacious, nice view and very well maintained. It is not noisy which is very important. The security guys day/night shifts are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Thank you GHALA GARDEN team for your great efforts and help.

Building is overall good. The only issue is parking, with 2bhk they will still give u only 1 parking space n public parking space are very few which are always full. One of the best things about this Building is Miss Aiza. She is the best sales n amazing after sales support whether it will be a technical issue or anything else she is on it n solves the issue as quick as possible. She is making the experience great here

Amazing place. Have been staying here for almost 3 years now. The rooms are quite spacious with a balcony. Great swimming pool that my family enjoys. The building is kept very clean and well maintained. The building is managed professionally and systematically. Very close to the central areas and accessible to places. Surrounded by essentials such as schools, hospitals and supermarkets. Special thanks to Ms.Aiza Magallanes and those who are very helpful and look after the building on daily basis Chetan, Chandra, and the Security man.Kudos to the whole Ghala Garden team and would really love to continue my stay here.

Am a new tenant at Great building. I moved in 10 days ago, building is great in terms of apartment space & building is family’s only Which was something we were looking for.Azia made everything easy, in terms of moving in, & info on everthing related to the bulding. She is very professional, and attentive. Ghala Garden are lucky to have her as staff. Great help.Security in the building is great as well very professional and always welcoming.The only downside is the near by “ newly opened school” there is no school noise, however they do events on weekends sometimes and they finish a bit late which is a bit annoying for someone with kids. But the building has nothing to do with it.All in all great experience so far.

We are family of four and my childrens grew up here in this bldg. Quite and clean. Because we loved this place we moved from 1 bed to 2 br. This bldg is recommended for family. Admin office staff (Like miss Aiza and their accountant) are also friendly and accomodating. Total 6 years and just renewed my contract. Hopefully the landlord will give us better rate for being loyal tenant or not to charge admin fee of 1k for future renewal. Overall I will give them a good ratings.

I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a place in Arjan. Ghala Gardens is one of the best places I have lived so far. Its clean no maintenance issues. They even take care of everything for you.In terms of customer service, I have got the best so far. They are friendly, cooperative, and understanding and will help you in whatever way to make your stay remembrance.

A very beautiful building and very quiet. There is a swimming pool and the largest Miracle Garden in Dubai very close to there, and the atmosphere is pleasant in Arjan.

Had issues when moved in to the apartment because of previous tenant. But Aiza and the team were extremely proffessional and also fixed all the issues and made sure i am comfortable with all the changes and fixes.Great team and management.

This is our 4th year in this building and because we love this place we moved from 1 bed to 2 br.It is highly recommended for families, quiet and clean building not like towers, spacious apartments and beautiful layout it reminds me of buildings in my home country.Having multiple entries and exists to main road makes this building a great location, down the building you have a supermarket, a laundry , 2 ladies salons , a studio & a restaurant never to mention that not far away you have Grandiose, Viva, Choitrams, My city center basrha and many others…Planning to stay there as long as their team keep supporting us specially Mrs. Aiza
