Amazing comfy project, new G+8 tower, great road connection, good sized apartments, smart floor plans, well planed infrastructure, school community. Tennis and basketball courts, barbecue area, swimming pools, sauna and good maintain Gyms. Studio One hotel with Irish Village and many more other restaurants, near Motorcity and Arabian Ranches. Opposite to Golf Villas. Lots of expats from Europe staying here. Love this place ❤️

Awesome place to live. Lots of amenties such as gym, pool, tennis court, basketball, kids playground and nice garden among others!The building is clean and well maintained.

Great apartment complex with tennis court, basketball court, kids area, BBQ area, swimming pools and gyms. Great place for families and rents are really low nowadays!

I live here, cannot complain not but the options for daily stuff Like, Zero eat-out places, one super expencive hair saloon and one supermarket with minimart like collection.
