Goldcrest tower located in JLT DUBAI.we visit there for one of our apartment service ,The staff is so supportive and cordinative they will welcome you in nice way. They will guide you with all rules and regulation. If you want to do maintenance then you will have to provide documents like title deeds ,trade licence ,emirates id and insurance for technician along with that you will have to send them an email prior to your work to get the approval permit.Before doing any maintenance job they will provide you a form which you will fill along with details of your scope of work.Very neat and clean place with epic outside environement.Their reception is quite good of you have to wait they will provide you sofa seating.Highly recommended for offices and residence.Security girl manika laal and harpreet & Ali will support you to resolve any issue related with Your work.
