I am happy with most things in the building but of course there is something to improve. No problems with AC, common areas are always clean, entrance is nice looking, elevators operating as they should, security guards are well mannered, pool is cleaned every day, if there is any problem watchmen will fix or help quickly. Other good thing is the JVT area itself which is pretty green and beautiful and lets you avoid most traffics.Things to improve: make a parking gate a bit shorter, since the car side windows nearly touch the gates. Other than that cant think of a bigger problem.

Very Nice Building with good security with pleasant surroundings and just off the 311 Highway. Access is excellent in all directions and most preferred place to live
