Lived here since the building opened and love the apartment (2 bed on 8th floor). Thankfully never had any issues and find the overall building well maintained and clean! The rooftop pool and gym are amazing and I’m always able to get a lounger on the weekend!Location is great, only a 5 min walk to the golf club house or driving range facilities! Coffee shop downstairs is great and nice to work from. Handy convenience store and pharmacy too.

Amazing building with a beautiful location and view of the surrounding greens and golf park ..walking distance from GEMS Academy and the Golf Club and the golf park sports facilities ..Two pools one on the 1 podium and one on the 12 floor infinity pool next to a spacious gym.Excellent finish good size rooms and beautiful community

I love this building, it has everything you need, ❤️The construction is good because now the rent is lower than what you should pay,Also we have everything just a minute around.

Great tower in Dubai Hills. 2 pools and a gym on the 12th floor. Im very happy here. The reception and security staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket in the next building with a great selection. And the golf club can be reached in 4 minutes with 2 restaurants.
