When I was about moving Into this building I read the reviews here and thought I was gonna avoid it. However, I had another thought if everything is fine usually were not Leaving reviews just leaving once we have a bad experience.So let me give you an honest review after 5 months of living in this building.1. The golf view with bird voices is Beautiful Every Single Day!2. Building management is so responsive to emails/calls.3. Security is there for 24 hours and helpful whenever you need them.5. The building is clean as its a family building that allows 1 family per apartment.6. Elevators are very fast so you never need to wait forever.7. The gym/pool hasnt check yet its not my thing 😕 😅 (maybe will update my review later after trying) -

We lived there for 3 years and of course we had some issues but overall experience was nice, beautiful view and mosque nearby, security guys are very good, pool is good but gym is old -
