The apartment itself is well-maintained, and the facilities are decent, but visitor parking is a major issue. There are very few designated spots, and most of the time, guests have to park far away or struggle to find a space. It’s really inconvenient, especially for those visiting frequently. Management should consider adding more visitor parking or offering better alternatives. Otherwise, the living experience here is good.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. Gaurav was incredibly helpful throughout my stay—anytime I had a question about the apartment, he was quick to respond and assist.My check-out time was originally at 12 PM, but since my flight was later that night, I requested an extension. Even though the apartment was booked for another guest, the team went above and beyond to accommodate me by arranging another apartment in the same building so I could stay until 4 PM.A special thanks to Vishaaka, who was absolutely lovely! She helped me move my suitcase to the new apartment and even offered her phone charger when mine ran out of battery.The level of service and hospitality was exceptional, making my stay smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the team’s effort, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

I had an amazing experience at Grande Signature Residence! The location is absolutely perfect right beside Dubai Mall with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. Everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable. I want to especially thank Mr. Husnain for his incredible support and kindness during the check-in process. The greatest view that you can see the fountain show many times(the shows were different everytime), clean everywhere, kids pool, pool with the tower and fountain view, kids play area, ...I could see the Ramadan cannon from the balcony.just one thing, the room was cold.

Everything about this stay was really good. Specifically the Dubai mall fountain, and Burj Khalifa view from the Appartment was amazing. We got a great service and Vishakha was always there to help in case of any needs. Well maintained Appartment with all amenities.

Luxury apartments. Gaurav was in touch with us from the airport, sent the exact location, offered to help with a taxi. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, we were offered to leave our luggage in the apartment while cleaning was underway. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable pillows and mattresses. And what a view, its just incredible. Gaurav showed us where the pool is, the playground and said where there is a supermarket nearby, showed the way to the fountains, its a 5-minute walk to them.

My expirience was good overall in this complex. Big parking space underground, non stop reception, security. 10 min walk till the mall and restaurants.The only problem is that near the building is a massive construction that works 24/7 and they are very noisy, even at night, even in weekends.

A truly luxurious stay in the First Class apartment. Everything was very clean and well furnished, and there was a great view from the balcony. From the pool you have a direct view of the Burj Khalifa and partly you can also see the Dubai Fountain💖. We had a great time, Cristina was very helpful, also check in and check out was easy with Cristina, we will definitely come again.

Gaurav, our host, was such a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. I already recommend it to all our friends and family.The service was excellent and the host was very helpful. The place is quiet, elegant, and tidy. The only downside is that its close to the water, so flies were present, of course, due to the low cost of the apartment we rented. We will definitely come back and stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family.
