Such a beautiful staycation place. The beautiful beach, pool, gym, sauna facilities and the architecture of the building itself makes the day special.Note: some construction is going on nearby so there will be sound of that. Rest everything was just perfect.

I will give five stars to the property, location and the ambience. 24 hrs running supermarkets are there at the ground floor. Swimming pool and private beach add cherry on the cake. Only commutation takes a toll on your pocket but that can be managed nicely if stay is for only 6-7 days. Thanks To Vadim who took care of our requirements in the appartment on arrival.

This place is a charming city residential area have one are orientated as a holiday homes and other for long term residents, is a very clean place, have great pool and private beach access 24h/7 inside the building is a small convenience shop situated at the lobby area, gym 24/7, sauna, play room with billiards tables have an amazing view of the skyline 🏙 during the sunset and night. With few parking spots also for visitors and direct to palm walk area you may see the cruise 🛳 arriving to the port at the Dubai marina side

“Superb destination for quiet comfort and luxury”!My first visit to Taj Grandeur Residence but will definitely return. Beautiful grounds on the beach facing the Palm and the rooms are out of this world.

Excellent residence for those who want to spend a few days relaxing.Far from everything but equipped with a beautiful beach, a large pool arranged like a lounge with breathtaking views of the best side of Dubai.Supermarket and 24/7 concierge services make it an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the Palm and the Dubai Marina, also the possibility of taking advantage of the proximity to the adjacent Hotel Zabeel Saray Jumeirah.Perhaps more suitable for those who already know Dubai

A wonderful stay in an integrated hotel apartment consisting of two master rooms, a maid’s room with a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a hall with a bathroom, a balcony with a partial sea view, and underground parking. In front of the lobby there is a grocery store and opposite it is a fruit and vegetable shop. The method of entry is by means of a message received via WhatsApp asking to specify the time of arrival, and then someone comes to hand over the apartment and pay via a link. Upon exiting, I left the parking and building entry card on the dining table and took a WhatsApp photo of it. I called the ground office and informed them of that, noting that you will receive the ground office number in the first message.

An excellent place for rent, such as hotel apartments, and it has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa services, and a small grocery store, suitable for families
