This is the best tower in Cluster S. The two bedroom apartments have a Lakeview and are with 1612-1680 sqft very nicely sized.On the groundfloor two supermarkets are available with direct access from the building. ZOOM and Gala, two very opposite supermarkets. The cheapest prices you can get in dubai in gala and branded products for a premium price in zoom.On floor 39 is an amazingly outfitted Gym, I believe there is no match to this in the whole of JLT. A table tennis table is available for play there as well. The swimming pool on the roof is 17m long.

This tower offers furnished apartments only. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 2 years. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. The room was impeccable. This place is quite high end and overall a very satisfactory stay considering the tenure.
