The only place I would live in Dubai! I’ve been to Dubai many times and to many different neighbourhoods, but the Greens wins on every level. As soon as you step outside you’re surrounded by trees, everything is walking distance and a pleasant walk as well. There’s dogs and kids everywhere, super village feel almost! Everyone is friendly and the buildings are in great condition. Recommend!

An amazing neighborhood with a very friendly vibe to it, contrasting with the skyscrapers around by its four storey buildings. The greenery is overwhelming and the canal offers a wonderful escape from city life. With many shops and cafés around, this place feels more like a resort rather than a city area.

The views is one of the best place to live in dubai. A very calm and relaxing environment near the lake surrounded by the trees and plants that serves are home to many species. It is accessible to some coffee shops the green village open mall, salon, playgrounds and Parks. During winter, a lit of migrating birds can be seen in the area and kids coming home from school usually stop by to play .. a great place to work out alone or not with a buddy! Picnic places are also available and benches are placed to enjoy the great view.

Very calm and attractive area in the Greens. Visiting here is completely a new experience. Kids enjoyed a lot walking 🚶‍♀️ around the pond playing with the birds 🐦🦅 surrounding it. Kids playing area is adding some spices to the location. Very good looking area with nice and green environment that can be recommended for families and kids 🧒 👶

The Views offers a lush, environmentally themed, friendly community with wonderful walkways and landscaping around central, scenic lakes which offer great jogging and cycling paths. Combined, it makes for a perfect residential area for young couples, families and even singletons with pets.This is a really special neighbourhood in Dubai thats all about positive vibes. Its my fave in the city to live in, hands down! Also the reason Ive lived here (and in The Greens) for over 15 years.They definitely broke the mold after this one - hard to find a comparable community in Dubai that is vibrant, pleasant and unpretentious... whilst also being centrally located. An ideal place to live, prosper and start a family!

I love going to the greens, it has amazing both day and night. Inside there is a souq with access to choithrams supermarket and other shops. There are cafes, money exchange, etc. It is more residential but has offices by the road. The park is breath taking. The views are everything.

Nice if youve got the golf course view. Make sure youre high up or youll hear the 2-4am night revellers at the weekend which isnt not good if youve got a family.

Very attractive living district in Dubai with lakes, large green areas, shops, cafees and restaurants. The Regent International School and the Gardenia nursery are in walking distance. The flat rental prices are in the medium range.
