Biggest apartments in the area by far, gym equipment was poor, and the pool is covered. Lots of communal areas could be great but not utilised. Location will be amazing in a few years once other apartments have been built around the area

Apartments are new for now. Have some issues:1. Significant noise issues up to at least the 2nd floor. Anytime someone even touches the floor with a hammer on the ground floor (store under construction) , you hear it on your ceiling on the 2nd floor. Shared beams or what I dont know. Heard the same issues from the apt on the other side above the gym. Everytime someone drops a weight on the floor at night, he wakes up. Work being done on the store before woke us up everytime. Im genuinely concerned how its going to be once the store/bakery opens up.2. Fire alarms keep going off at varying degrees from just the alarm to actual instructions to leave the premises.3. Some flimsy construction at places like electrical sockets, hand showers or kitchen cabinets that get loose or dishwasher door that scratches other cabinets (or you) from misalignment.The good: Security is nice and proactive, parking is good. Nice area to walk around.Soundproofing is quite good. The highway isnt a problem even with my apt facing the highway.Gym is a very good size vs Apt number. Very nice.Amazing infinity swimming pool for adults and a second for children.The owner community is quite nice and supportive of each other.This is a higher end building with smart devices controlling ACs and lights. Im on the first floor and its pretty good. When I was on the 2nd floor, 212 had noise issues from a ceiling beam connected to the ground ; though not recently
