Pawan is very good at his work. He fixed our AC problem quickly. We stay in gulf national residency in production city and his dedication towards his work is outstanding. He deserves a pay rise. I would give him good opportunity in future if I met this type of guy.

We need to mention that Mr. Pawan Kainth, from the Maintenance team of Gulf National Residence Buidling, helped resolve a couple of issues in our flat. He swiftly fixed the leakage in our kitchen sink, ensuring everything was sealed properly and there were no further issues. Additionally, he efficiently cleared out the dust from our AC unit, improving its performance right away. We also appreciated how he worked efficiently, without rushing, to make sure everything was done right.If you are looking for someone reliable, skilled, and friendly, we highly recommend Mr. Pawan as your go-to professional.

Never rent a room here, they cheat you, if anything breaks you need to pay to repair it yourself, even the water heater needs you to pay to repair it, no matter how much it costs, otherwise no one will pay you, this is a scam, the deposit will not be returned, it will cost you a lot of money to live here, in addition to the rent and the agency fee, you have to pay to repair various things yourself

It’s one of the good place for family. The community is really good and peaceful. The traffic is less more convenient with peaceful facilities.

Its a really nice building. SBK is trying to keep it clean and operational and it shows apart from the crazy fire alarm that goes off for no reason. So far prices are not expensive but lets see next year.
