This building has large size rooms, spacious kitchen and modern design cabinets. Theres a room for laundry.In master bedroom, it has walk-in closet. Spacious bathroom and very modern.They install good brands of faucet and tiles from Spain.We are happy living here for 4 years ❣️

We’ve been living in this building for over two years now. We love that there are no unnecessary noises from the neighbors. It has peaceful vibe. The building is in great condition too. Maintenance people are also quick to respond. The receptionist in the office Ms. Marjorie is also very accommodating and nice.

We have been living in this building since 2022, and I truly appreciate the cleanliness and calm environment, thanks to the efforts of the maintenance team.The location is convenient, with two nearby metro stations and a bus stop directly in front of the building. Additionally, the area is improving with the recent addition of a new restaurant and grocery store.We also have a friendly security guard, who makes us feel secure in our living environment.Thank you to the building management for maintaining excellent service and a peaceful living environment.

Al Shamsi Building is an excellent place to live! It’s well-constructed, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The location is incredibly convenient and it is just a short walk to supermarkets and easily accessible to the metro. The building management is responsive, professional, and always helpful. I highly recommend living here!

I think i made a good choice when I selected Al Shamsi Building for me and my family. Everything is accessible from grocery store, mall, restaurants, clinics and play area for my kids. Moreover, i felt safe and comfortable with my neighborhood and the staff such as security and maintenance team are very helpful which is highly recommended if you are looking for a place to live for your family and friends.
