Hanover Square is by far a very nice and affordable apartment in the neighborhood of JVC. It had a few small issues until last year, and slowly, most of the issues are taken care of.All basic amenities are well maintained, and there are continuous efforts from building management as well as the Owners Association to improve further.Positives:1. Accessibility to main roads2. Many supermarkets nearby3. Good International School in 500mtrs distance4. All basic amenities like gym (2# operational), swimming pool (2# operational), basement car parking (better and improved lighting), security and housekeeping 24x7, very near to Circle Mall, etc.5. Its a Chiller Free building, so a lot of savings on your utility bills.6. Its a pet friendly buildingNegative:1. Few units are overcrowded by a few real estate agents (required measures are in place to fix this)2. Cleanliness can be further improved3. Off late due to 2,3 new construction around the building, some noise and disturbance during day time.

Very nice place to live. Swimming pool and gym facilities available. 24 hrs security services and maintenance services are available. There is enough parking available in multiple basements. Outside parking is also available. Executive studios , 1 BHK & 2 BHK are available. Very easy access from al khail road ( towards zabeel). Very friendly staff and 24 hrs reception assistance available.

I am very happy with my experience living here. The manager, Mr. Ramadan, is extremely helpful and always provides quick responses to any concerns. Maintenance issues are handled efficiently by Mr. Mani, even if they arise late at night. Their dedication ensures that we are always comfortable. The security is also excellent, making us feel safe at all times. Additionally, the management provides housekeeping services, which is a great convenience.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable, secure, and well-maintained residence in JVC. It truly offers the best value for its price!

Clean and tidy, convenient location, 3 pools! Road facing flats can get road noise. Nice gym, adequate parking.

Hanover Square consists of over 400 luxury managed apartments spread over three wings, and with only five floors, and distinctive architecture, gives it a boutique living atmosphereThe individual apartments have been tastefully decorated by interior designers, and the ready-to-live apartments come with utilities connected, including Internet and satellite TV.Each of the three wings of Hanover Square, has its own swimming pool with lifeguard, and seating area, so that residents can relax in the pool or enjoy some of the all-year round sunshine.The ground-floor houses the state-of-the-art gymnasium, and the reception desk that is staffed 24/7 to assist our residents.

Beautiful hotel went there with uncles and cousin brother. Loved the swimming pool. They also have a private car park for guests. will be back again 🇵🇸 👍🏽🇧🇩

Great place to stay if your visiting Dubai, nice facilities..close to Dubai Marina and MoE 20 Dhs by taxi. 20 mins to Downtown Dubai.
