    Located strategically in front of Vida Dubai Creek Harbour anything above above 8floors will have amazing views of Downtown & Harbour. This tower finishing and quality is bit higher compared to other towers.Since I’m expert in this project , you can called for checking out your Dream home here+971525328538

    We have been staying in HW1 for 2+ years.The faulty alarms in the building have been fixed long time ago. The security is always friendly and welcoming. Anytime we asked them about anything - they helped except for one big issue (read below).Theres a lovely common area in the building.Wonderful views for both sides of the building: burj khalifa & park. Lots of walking areas and a great community.Spinneys and other nice retailers have opened in the building.The only issue we are facing is the filthy water coming out of the balcony drainage, which the building management is very reluctant to fix. Because of this we arent able to use the balcony which is a shame because we have 2 of them with a burj khalifa view.Overall, if not the last issue, I would give it 5 stars, and even then, we are still happy to live here.

    Perfect high quality location. Attached to bundling is Spinney grocery store and Maple Nursery which is awesome
