Its our 4th month in this building and I must admit that the management actually improved alot. Yes there are couple of areas where further improvement can be done but overall the living standard is OK.Ive gone through some really harsh reviews for Hassani 20 but I genuinely think that its because most of the tenants are now aware of the proper channel incase theyve any maintenance related complain. Usually everyone is registering the complain to security guy and expecting a swift action. However, there is a formal email channel to register your complains and management ensures that your issue get resolved within a reasonable time varies from nature of work.Imperative to state that Hassani buildings offer the most spacious flats in most economic prices. -
