Very well managed building!Rarely any problem. Building construction quality is great! Been staying here for over 2 years and can’t think of a reason to complain. Both lifts have air fresheners so does the lobby. Lobby temperature is always cool.It’s a family only building with a clean pool and a decently equipped gym, a full-time security guard and cleaner, locked entrance for residents entry only.Building also has 2 commercial properties, a laundry and a mens salon.
