The building is very good.Reception area is very attractive and well designed.Rooms are sound proof, as in some other buildings in JVC, external noise is coming inside the rooms.Swimming pool area looks very good.Overall building is very well maintained with well trained security, MEP and housekeeping staff. -

The building interior and exterior is an architectural masterpiece! Spacious apartments. Uninterrupted views from the balcony. We are never disturbed by the sound of sports cars and heavy trucks.Proximity to highways.Chiller Charges are free; thats a huge saving considering UAEs weather. Gym, swimming pool, multi purpose room. And rent is very reasonable. Best place to live... -

The most beautiful building in JVC designed and supervised by award winning architects Kathib and Alami.Large 1 and 2 bed apartments with excellent facilities such as Heated / Chilled swimming pool, well equipped gym, childrens play area and party hall. -
