Superb views overlooking the whole coastline. Nice gated community with landscaping works completed and minimarkets and coffee shops within walking distance. Underground parking. Community gym.

Not many buildings from Marina to Downtown can boost such an amazing sea view, gated community, and great transport links, next to metro and Sheikh Zayed.

Amazing full sea view, burj Arab view and palm view, all in one somehow. Easy access from and to sheikh zaid road which makes life very easy. One or two peoples 2 years old reviews seems upset with something but we love it. Ok little issues you even get in 5 star hotels if you stay long and needs sorting lol 😊. Further more there is Carrefour under the building and pharmacy, few restaurant/cafeterias, and barber shop etc under or in the next buildings just 1 mins walk )). Public beach we found in 5-7mins drive. And school very close to building too. Mall of emirates and Madinat Jumeirah also around 10 mins distance I think or lesser if no traffic. The building has big very big gym and only one little problem is swimming pool is closed but I think they will open soon besides we prepare natural salty sunny sea. I hope this review will help some 🙏

Spectacular views of sun set, the full sea, Palm Jumeirah and burn Arab. Supermarket/carrefour under our building. School just 4-5 mins distance. In and out of sheikh zaeed rd very easily. Malls, beach all with in 15mins

Neat, clean, close to the sea and not so many people as for example in the Marina. Everything you need is there, 1500m to the sea

A wonderful residential building with a distinctive view.The services provided by the apartment owners are good, but I dont think some of them are provided seriously by the building management.The prices are considered a little high.The area is fully serviced.
