A wonderful place. I really like the renovation of the apartment. The pool is wonderful and there are always plenty of free places. Silence and comfort at a height. Definitely, I recommend it! Ive been living here for 3 months. -

The place is a hidden GemIt is quiet and nearby by metroSupermarket is below the buildingVery clean building and managed properly as I have seen, Security is tightDidnt have time to try the pool or other amenitiesI read review that place is far from Metro, if 5 mins walking it is an issue for you then it is far but for me it is some needed morning exercise as per my Smart watch demands 🥹😅Would stay again -

We stayed in this property for 4 weeks and felt very comfortable. Cleanliness 1A, equipment and comfort, nothing was missing in the apartment. The staff very accommodating. Only 10 minutes walk from the subway. Shopping center with larger supermarket (Spinneys) and nice restaurant Mc Caffertys only 10 minutes away. Small market in the house. Wed love to come back. It’s branded new Building with amazing quality appartments, swimming pool, GYM, jogging and badminton Area and with super polite and careful staff. Im living in Grace Residency since its available for rent, Ive not regretted even for one second Ive chosen this Building as my home! -

Superb quality of the building with high end finishing.One has to visit Al Furjan to see this project. Building comes with a lot of modern amenities like swimming pool, jogging track , gym , badminton court , etc. -
