Wow no 1 in Dubai beach side apartment to have all near to you ever best love this place so beautiful 😻 view nightlife amazing staff love to come here …As an owner in this building the security is brilliant! We dont want people entering without proper access and bending the rules! This tower is perfectly located next to the metro, Dubai Marina, Mall and great option for work or short term renting. I stayed in this apartment building for many years and got to experience a lot during my stay.Each apartment has 4 bedrooms which means you get a mix of families and apartment sharing but largely theres a lot of sharing. Personally Ive had no problem with either type of tenant.The typical apartment has two separate bedrooms that have ensuites, and two bedrooms grouped together with their own area door and shared bathroom and cupboards.Next are some of the not so good points. The design, given the circular shape of the building is a bit awkward compared to a conventional building. Each apartment gets a quarter wedge of the building so bedrooms and the main living area are all shaped around the curve. Whats worse is the kitchen and bathrooms are located further towards the middle of the building so dont receive natural light.Theres the odd issue with water supply that may be cut off for parts of the day or overnight throughout the year and this seems more regular for the bottom third or so apartments but they do warn you in advance. Theres also regular pest control in place to deal with insects that spread through the apartments. The windows can have loud creaks as the suns heat moves throughout the day, but you generally get used to it but guests will remind you of the creaks. For me, other noise wasnt much of an issue apart from when theres renovations and even though windows are double glazed, noise from outside creeps in through the not so well insulated windows that do open and balcony doors.On the plus side, the apartments are spacious and the living area is open and bright. Theres a large lagoon pool plus a lap pool which are great by Dubai standards, and a reasonable gym thats adequate for not too intensive workouts. Theres also a games room with pool table.The location right next to a metro station is amazing, and theres a taxi rank out the front that apart from peak hour times means youll not have to venture far to find a taxi. However, note that on busy Marsa Street, theres nowhere really for people to stop by car and no visitors parking though apartments get 2 car bays each.Its also in a good location generally, and if you dont mind walking a little bit many things are accessible including Dubai marina mall, JLT and Dubai marina dining, the beach and plenty of supermarkets. Or course you can also drive to them, just note the evening peak traffic times of Marsa Street that slow you down a bit but its not too bad.There are open air balconies, which in Dubai get incredibly dusty very fast but its still a good thing to have if you are ok with the cleaning.The security company has changed a couple of times over my stay with the current company being one of the better ones and are quite friendly if you get to know them.The building TV, internet and telecommunications is with du so last I checked that meant you cant use any other provider including, say, OSN directly.

Horizon Tower is an amazing place to live! The building has top-notch amenities, easy parking, and is right next to the metro, making commuting a breeze. Marina Mall is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The security team is excellent—always helpful and making sure everything feels safe. The building is well-maintained, and the community is great for families. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful tower i will say , super strict but i guess we have to follow the rules to keep Dubai a safe place ,so will give them a 5 star on that aspect , additionally they just upgraded the gym equipment which is really topnotch apart of being strict they value the comforts of the people living in the building . So overall i will recommend for does looking a building with good standards .Good job to the management

Horizon Tower’s location is amazing, it is on Sheikh Zayed Road and DMCC Metro Station is right in front of the building. Marina Mall is only 11 minutes walk and JBR Beach is only 15 minutes walk from this Tower.View from this tower is also a great attraction; luxurious apartments are either sea view or JLT view.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews here… Those are mostly left by the short time visitors and the security naturally doesn’t enjoy the short time renters since some caught mistreating the building and bad reviews were left by them since they got objected and stopped of course..!If you’re looking to rent it for your family as a yearly contract, as I have resided here for 16 years, I can assure you that you’ll enjoy a beautifully designed house with 90 degree angle of Dubai.Every floor has 4 units only which makes each floor a very private place and every unit is around 230 square meters. Two of the units have marina views and the other 2 have sheikh zayed road views.The 03 series has the best and the most sea view, the next best is 04 series with slightly less sea view, then comes the 01 series and the last is the 02 series.Some of the units are used as airbnb or holiday homes and some few units are used as shared short time rentals. As I mentioned it earlier short time visitors expect they’ll have access to all facilities since they paid for 1 month however this may not be officially included in their 1 month contract.Only building photo access card holders can access the facilities which include 3 swimming pools, 2 gyms and 1 game room. Also entering the building from every door requires this card.Unfortunately some short time renters caught trying sneaking in when they did not have a card or forcing the magnetic doors to open in parking floors when no one was around..!These kind of behaviors alerted the security so they got objected and have stopped therefore this didn’t entertain these people in fault.Finally as the last word, if you’ll be renting or buying anywhere as a general rule, make sure to check the unit and the contract carefully. Take your time to visit the facilities to make sure that it is what you’re looking for 🙏

Its centrally located in Dubai Marina and close all amenities and steps away from the JLT metro station. Sometimes the area is prone to slow traffic because of taxis and drop offs right in front of the building.

The building is in the shape of a circle, beautiful and clean, and the secretary and security are strong. It consists of 44 floors with parking and a large and comfortable apartment overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road.
