One of the best buildings in Dubai! I moved into this building about two and a half years ago and until now I havent encountered any problems or annoying things. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff is very friendly. Also, all the kitchen equipment is German and modern. This is the first time Ive lived in a house and I havent encountered any leakage, noise or malfunctioning problems. The building is always clean and you dont have to remind them about maintenance. The facilities like the swimming pool are great and the gym is fully equipped although its relatively small.
