One of the best buildings in Dubai! I moved to live in this building about two and a half years ago and so far I have not encountered any annoying or annoying problems. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff is very friendly. The kitchen equipment is all German and modern. For the first time I live in a house and I do not encounter problems with leaks, disturbances or malfunctions. The building is always clean and you dont need to remind them about maintenance. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, are great and the gym is fully equipped, even though it is relatively small.
