We went there as family. It was a great experience 10 on 10 in everything whether it is cleanliness,quick service, lovely staff,guards, breakfast service was also very good especially the staff Mr. Baljeet Singh and Mr. Nomi had so lovely and friendly behaviour. Understand the true feelings of all the visitors. Makes our trip very enjoyable and memorable.

I book a room with my two friend and we had such a great time. The staff were amazing. Mustapha, Buraira and Jihad were very helpful with us and things got done very quick. The hospitality was top notch and the room was very cozy and nice. The breakfast was great. Totally will recommend this place to my friends. Only downside was the pool. Its a bit small. But other than that its a great place.

Now when you talk about standard and protecting Brand. I give kudos to Hyatt. It was our first time and we thought compared to other hotels the experience will be just average . No Hyatt proved me wrong . From the reception , questioning Dhijah as to why they have 8+ rating she had excellent knowledge and with pride and professionalism she explained. We went to the room , we were pleased and as a very strong critic when it comes to food , l must confess the best breakfast with respect to taste . I only wish there was more varieties but again you can have variety and no taste so l will go with taste anytime. Thankyou so much Hyderabad and the team. You guys are amazing . I will come here and bring my guests who visit from the UK regularly. Thankyou

Excellent place to stay 👌👌. This place is super clean, great hospitality and amazing staff. We got our apartment first thing in the morning and it took us hardly few mins to checkin. Kudos to all the staff ⭐️. The location is fantastic with easy access to supermarkets !! Great place for kids with a nice swimming pool and a community park at the rear side of the hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, specially Sandeep- house keeping supervisor. He was very kind, accommodating and he went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Dubai. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Thank you! Will recommend to my friends and colleagues!

Great value overall. Clean room, AMAZING BREAKFAST. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is regularly changing. In seven days we had a lot of different options from one day to another. The staff some times seem like they don’t really know what they’re doing but overall it works ok so don’t be too surprised. Good internet connection. Location is not so good if you want to be close to downtown, the Marina, or Burj al Arab,

Nice hotel !Staying here since 2 months in one bedroom Appartment.Staff is very professional and nice.Close to the hotel you have a west zone and a few restaurants.Breakfast in the hotel is ok, they have selection of fruits, pastries. Coffee could be better.Cleaning is well done.I have a balcony but view on the A/C and a little bit noisy and don’t smell very good.But the inside is amazing, modern decoration, kitchen is fully equipped. There is no oven but a micro wave.Bed is super comfy.The building is very quiet.I recommend this place !You are around 10 min away from La mer and 20 min from Dubai Mall.

Very helpful desk personnel which were looking for solutions. I learned for the future that its better to book directly by contacting the hotel than to use a booking agent or others. By contacting the hotel directly the hotel would have had special offers for long stay residences which I had to pay when using a travel agent.Thank you for the honesty and all the good services.

Team Hyatt Place, Jumeriah.We had a wonderful 5 days stint in your apartment. It was lavish and indeed very cosy. Thank you for the hospitality & taking care of us. Breakfast spread indeed catered to all around globe taste buds. It was definitely a good start on all 5 days with you breakfast spreads. I would like to thank Ravindu from your staff who always there during morning to serve and ensure all is taken care.. he is new and learning but has a fantastic attitude and easy going posture. Loved his posture at all times. Live counter Sourav has springs.. always ensuring the live counter is attended and with great easy & speed. Ramprasad though met him couple of times, was always helpful & courteous. Lastly the valet guys outside, always ready to help & book cabs 😊. Thank you Yoginder (sorry if misspelt) & we truly look forward for another around. Cheers & thank you again. Sumesh Menon.

New hyatt hotel opened this week located in north of jumeirah near mina area (Rashed port). 7 story buildibg Very clean . Top of the line amenities. Excellent and helpful staff. Nice selection of TV channels. Swimming pool and gymnastics in first floor. The breakfast comes with each room as hyatt palace chains offers the breakfast buffet daily with each room.The breakfast has good intrnational selection suites all flavours.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, this is one of my best hotels I visited, one of the staff named Sandeep was really friendly, he gave us complimentary fruits and guided us thru out our stay, I highly recommend this to others, we went here for my dad’s birthday and we got a complimentary cake and my dad got surprised, they give out the food instead of the guest getting the food, Thank you!❤️

The lighting is beautiful. The apartments are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the room insulation is excellent. They also feature a kitchen and sofa bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, welcoming guests everywhere, especially the hotel manager, Yogendra.He handled the Booking.com error with great professionalism and resolved the issue quickly and with respect.Room service is prompt.The hotels facilities are excellent, with beautiful views of downtown Dubai. Free parking is available, and valet parking is available if desired.Quick check-in and check-out are also available.The breakfast is good and timely.The hotel has beautiful walkways, trees, cafes, and seating areas.Cons:*Prices are a little high.*There was a strong odor in the apartment I stayed in (apartment number 504).*Breakfast has limited options and is of an Indian nature. This is my second time staying here for work. Once in the apartment, the second in the room. Very convenient and inexpensive by Dubai standards. There are supermarkets nearby, and La Mer beach is nearby, where there are many excellent restaurants.I don’t know how good the hotel is for a visit for the purpose of relaxation, the pool is very small (however, I’ve never been in it, I can only see it from the window), and it’s a bit far from the sea.

We stayed in this hotel (in apartments) from November 12 to November 23, 2019. Our family is 4 people and friends are 2 people.1. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.2. The rooms (apartments) are spacious, clean and tidy. The beds and sofas are large and comfortable. The technique works well.There are all the necessary utensils.The room is cleaned regularly and thoroughly.3. Linen and bath accessories are constantly changed for clean and fresh ones.4. The bathrooms are new, clean and comfortable. High-quality cleaning is carried out constantly.5. The pool is clean. The sun loungers are comfortable. The water is always clean and warm. Towels are provided.6. The corridors are clean and tidy. The sound was pleasant, non-intrusive, quiet music. The elevators are good, large, fast and clean.7. There is a good gym.8. The cuisine is a little specific, but the food is delicious and guests are greeted warmly and helpfully.9. The hotel staff is friendly. They help with everything. They tell and explain everything they asked. (especially Yulia at the reception desk). Although the staff were mostly English-speaking, they patiently listened to us and helped us in everything.P.S. There is a small request to slightly adjust the transfer time to and from the beach.THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL TIME AT YOUR HOTEL.
