I’ve been looking for a 1 bed duplex option for a while now and moved in at the end of October. Absolutely love the natural light, the high ceilings and the duplex space!Maintenance is always helpful and finish the jobs in good time. Had a few minor requests to fix when I moved in but overall very happy with the cleanliness (and maintenance) of the building :)

Beautiful, luxury and brand new building. Very happy to be living there, all the neighbours are super friendly and its a very family oriented environment. Management is always there to assist in everything and anything. Glad I chose ICE by STREE to be my home.

From the day I stepped into this building complex, I was met with nothing but professionalism, efficiency, accommodation of my needs and one of the much nicer 1 bedrooms I have seen since hunting for one. The management, in particular Abdallah, Austin, Arnold as well as the owner Mr Saeed, have bent backward and forward to ensure my move was a smooth one and that I make my flat as much of a home as possible. Highly recommended if you are looking for studios, 1 bedrooms or duplexes.

Im so happy to stay in Ice by Stree! The building is very peaceful, clean, spacious with stunning modern apartments and great location. Everything is well organized. The best management and attentive team. I love it!
