Just moved here about 2 months back, cant really complain about the service, the Maintenance Team and the 2 Security does a great job in keeping everything maintained and secured, shoutouts to Shamil who is always approachable and the other security for always being helpful. -

Very peaceful decent community with a suprr mart right downstairs and another one on 5 mins walk. Close to metro (yet to open). The only problem is taxis are hardly available. Gym and swimming pool are modern and up to date! Building is very well maintained -

Brand new building very nice apartments, High end fixtures. Nice swimming pool and gymnasium. Parking is covered too. Rents are reasonable as well. -

After posting the below review a decent professional person from the owner office got in touch with me and solved the security deposit issueThey keep Air-conditioning inside the building turned off , the smell is very bad in the corridorsSwimming pool is very dirty all the timeI left the building few months ago , sbk refused to transfer the security deposit to me and they are not responding to my calls or mails -
