Great Building - close to the school, supermarket across the road, pharmacy, salon and cafes on the street level.Building Management are fantastic and very responsive. A few things got delayed last year during the change of the Owner Association, but these are all being addressed now.Apartment I have is fantastic - maintenance issues are rareCommon areas & car park are kept clean - security are a great team and very helpful.There are always a few disturbing families & kids in a building, but thats the minority.Great location to get onto Shk Moh.BinZayed Road or to JLT & Al Barsha through Jumeirah Park avoiding all the traffic bottlenecks.

Nice furnished flats with excellent amenities and cool views. Its conveniently located in Dubai. It has a school and many parks next to it. Al Khail Avenue Mall, a new mega Mall, is upcoming just few steps away from it.

Lived here for over 5 years, very family friendly with multiple parks and play areas for the kids. The adults enjoy easy community tennis, and basketball court bookings as well. I typically found the apartments more spacious than the others available in the same area and would recommend imperial highly to anyone looking for a home for their family in Dubai.

I have lived in the building since it opened. The location is awesome and so easy for both Al Khail and MBZ Rd, the swimming pool and BBQ area is nice. We have a dog and love walking in all the parks. Its a great place to live we are very happy.

Excellent community and neighbourhood for families with parks, children play area and a fantastic school right in front. Building amenities like the gym and swimming pool are very well maintained. The community itself is neat and clean with very good service levels. Great place to live with a lot of green around.

One of the best residential towers for people looking apartments in a budget. Gorgeous facilities. 24/7 Security . JVT is a excellent residential community. Several shops opened up in this area now. Only issue is lack of transport i.e No Buses or Cabs pass by.

Very nice and clean building. Family environment. Excelent facilities. Located in calm and established community (Jumeirah Village Triangle), close to main schools, shopping centres, hospitals...etc). Excellent accessibility to the main highways.

Great location and family friendly. Amazing place and environment for kids and raising a family with proper amenities. All necessities are a step away i.e. schools, supermarket, salons, pharmacy and cafes. Totally recommend!

JVT is a excellent residential community and so is Imperial Residence. Good quality building & nice facilities in this excellent residential towers.One of the best residential towers for people looking apartments in a budget. Great facilities. 24/7 Security. Several convenience shops have opened up in this area, the only issue would be lack of transport that is... Buses transport and dubai Cabs.Just take into consideration and be careful which way your apartment faces as east side has Al Khail Road and west side is overlooking the new mall which is under construction.

I’ve been living in IR for 4 years. Amazing building and great for kids with really good facilities and play areas. I think the best part is the location if you’re working anywhere on SZR. Much better than JVC, Sports City etc as you can avoid Hessa and Um Suqeim given the entrance is right on Al Kheil Road..
