The building itself is beautiful. As you enter the lobby, you notice it is well decorated and it actually reminds me of a hotel lobby. The security and staff are well-mannered and always ready to help. The rooms are well built. Only issues are with the birds flying around which the maintenance team have already started working on. The building has many amenities such as a separate pool, gym and sauna for ladies and even a kids play area !Ive been living here for 3 years now and its safe to say it really is a great place to live in.

Quality as its cost. Excellent decorations and interiors. Rooms are functional. Impressed since walk through entrance. It feels like hotel entrance by wooden arch. Smell of perfume all over areas. Swimming pool are separated for kids. Separated fitness for male and female. Building provides kids playground. Security is also at utility areas where you can leave your kid safely. Lighting is great and make building more beautiful.

This building has a complete facility, they have swimming pool, gym, kids area, playground even sauna.. all staff good attitude ( cleaner, security) all was friendly the building has a high quality matrial .. this such as like hotel apartments.. 1bhk only 65k affordable!! im stay here and its perfect!!!

We lived in bayt al Safa for 2 years, due to personal circumstances unfortunately had to move out. Bayt al Safa is one of the pricier buildings in Al Jaddaf - but in comparison with other buildings in the area the difference is totally justified. The building overall is very nice - very beautiful interior , the lobby and hallways are very elegant. What I saw while searching for another apartment- Bayt al Safa has the best facilities - 2 pools ( ladies and family pool) and bigger than in other buildings. Good equipt gym, sauna area and a playroom for children! There is a big terrace in the building and a room to rent for gatherings. Apartments have a storage room! If I have to leave a critique: the kitchen cabinets are not well planned. Some of them are so high that they had no use for me.If we ever had a maintenance problem it was resolved. The security and maintenance team are very friendly. The overall location of the building is good - not close to e44 and Garhoud bridge - so no constant highway noise. What I liked the most: The Rostamani management is outstanding. Very approachable- during the tough corona times the management was very understanding and helpful. During our time in the building we moved from one apartment to a another one - the whole process was so easy and convinient. No unnecessary complications. Now that we moved out : very fair treatment - no complications with the deposit. Everything is transparent and no unfair deductions like we experienced in the past in other buildings. Thank you to the whole team !I can only recommend the building. They have many different apartments with different layouts!

Great building, amazing facilities and very good management. A slightly priced over the market for Jadaf, but definitely the building with the best quality in area.The pool is one of the biggest I ever saw in the residential units of this rank.

The building is amazing and the apartments are great too, all the staff are great, the owner is very nice and kind. In addition, there is a swimming pool, a playground for children, a sauna, a gym, and a mosque near the building, mashaAllah ❤️. I recommend it
