Spacious apartment 140sqm.Located on 22ns floor with SW exposure.2 big rooms 2 baths and 3 WCSecond bathroom slightly narrow but usable .Separate not extremely practical kitchen , very good appliances and access to southern terrace . Few missing thing for cooking ,hopefully will be provided for the future occupiers .Big sitting /dining area with table for 6 . SW terrace with nice views over the marina.Both rooms have beatiful views towards the marina .Swiming pool well located and bigger then many on the marina. You will have sun from 11 till 15:30 .Jym not very big but ok for few people ,average equipment .if you need professional gyms there are few in the vicinityLocation pretty good .10min walk to the evershrinking JBL beach . And 20min to Bluwater .Lots or restaurants ,clubs and cafes around .

I booked through Booking and I was apprehensive, due to the comments on Google Map, but I was shocked. In fact, the apartment was beautiful, God willing, the video was beyond imagination, the workers were courteous and helpful, the area was beautiful, everything was close by, and there was a supermarket at the entrance to the tower, but it is self-cleaning. I paid the full amount to confirm the reservation, but I will definitely repeat the experience with them 👍🏻

Everything is wonderful, the reception is clean, the apartments in the city center are close to services and restaurants, the prices are nice and suitable for families. I strongly recommend it and it deserves a 5-star rating ♥️
