Nice family friendly atmosphere. This is located near to Al Nahda park and lots of shopping destinations and of course dining attractions such as KFC, Pizza hut, Hardees and lots of restaurants, cafeterias are nearby. Lulu , Ansar mall, Safeer mall, Sahara center are all within walkable distance. Taxi is easily available around the building.Gents saloon, grocery and a nice stitching center is in the same building.Laundry shop is nearby. Very lovely neighborhood. Also have car parking. -

Lived here since it first opened, Nice apartments and sizes.Maintenance can take a while to deal with your issues.Great surrounding Area,3 Mins away from...Pizza Hut, KFC, Hardees, Mcdonalds 10 Mins walk.LuLu Hypermarket 3 Mins and Carrerfour Market 7 minsCenter of surrounding Malls including.....Sahara Centre, iMall, Ansar Mall, Safeer Mall10 minutes walk to Dubai Boarder for Buses to Stadium Metro Station in to Dubai -
