I have been consistently impressed with the security officer Nabu, his peers and Inaya (maintenance vendor)for the building I am staying at.The security team is always courteous, vigilant, and ready to assist with any concerns. They provide a sense of safety and comfort that is truly invaluable.As for the maintenance vendor, their dedication to keeping the building in great shape is evident. Any issues are promptly addressed, and repairs are completed with efficiency and quality. Its clear that they take pride in maintaining the building to a high standard.Thank you for your excellent service and commitment to our well-being and comfort.

The security team here are excellent and are always so pleasant and friendly in welcoming you every single day. They are there 24 hours and if you need any assistance are always willing to help in any manner that they can. Nabu Sundas on reception as part of the Inaya facilities group is amazing on the front desk. Pleasure to have him working in the building.

The team responsible for security and maintenance (company called Inaya) is very friendly and nice. Nabu is the building security go to person, he is extremely professional and helpful. Very responsive and gets any requests done in a timely manner.

I’ve been in Jeewar since September 2019. The building is secure, clean and has all the facilities which is what I am looking for my family.The team are helpful and specially Mr. Mani, who has answering the calls All the time and do his best to support.To be onset, we had couple of issues in the apartment, as it’s expected from new building, but the team had fixed them when reported.Also the building is providing 12 chqs payment and no commission.

Extremely friendly staff and very good follow up by the maintenance team in looking after the property. Real value for money in JVC right now. In terms of location, property management and facilities provided by Jeewar tower. The building manager Mr. Mani is very courteous and friendly. In the coming years Jeewar tower will become one of the most sought out apartments in JVC if their current levels of service and facilities are maintained

Great residential bulding and it’s in a really nice area with so many places that can serve you well like supermarket and dry clean and barbershop and pharmacy and so many shops just walking distance from the bulding the bulding itself very nice and clean they are taking care of everything and the security team are really nice and helpful people specially Nabu he is one of nicest security people ever he is always smiling at you and always ready to help with whatever he canI can’t recommend this bulding enough
