We have been old tenants of JSCOM real estate. There offerings are reasonable and maintenance is also good. I think best part is that there is no 5% commission. Only the thing that is m negative that security deposit refunds can take 3- 4 months.

For the past 5 years I have been staying with real estate and they are really very nice people especially Mr Shafiq he has been very help full, each time we had to renew our contract he made the process very easy and convenient for usThe only issue that I want to highlight is that our building does not have a CC Tv and that makes it a bit worrisome as any body can enter the building .

Jscom staff, very accomodating, their manager Mr.Anis is also a nice person, met him everytime I renew contract.I have stayed in 1 of their property for more than 4 years, everything is ok except for some tenants who are born to be dirty 😂 they dont throw their trash inside the garbage shut, they just leave it there thats why cockroaches becomes many, they should put camera pointed in the garbage area to catch this pigs.

One of the best. Very reasonable rent rates. It is easy to negotiate with the manager. He is very polite and kind. He reduced my rent and also excused the renewal admin fees.

Past 6 years iam staying here,approach from the Jscom was good especially Mr. Shafiq was very helpful at the time of renewal and arranged to fix all the maintenance which was needed.
