    One the most reliable and perfect buildings to stay in Sharjah.Comfortable, spacious and well maintained.I have been living here for the past 15 years.It is the best building in Al nahda.Apart from ladies gym everything is excellent.

    Well maintained building in Al Nahda. Professional staff. Parking is not free 3000 AED. Chiller free. Good and well maintained facilities. Good example of how the owners should take care their buildings and tenants.

    Its good place in sharjah to stay as the flat was clean and tidy and also supermarkets medical store are there in the groundfloor and also parking facility is also there and its opposite to sahara center. Walkable distance to bus stop and also mosque was there on the left side. Lulu supermarket was there just a walkable distance and also park is also there with walkable distance. Nice option for stay in dubai

    Very neat flats with normal rent. Theyre Spacious enough for families. Theyre easily accessible. Parking kachha is there. Road to all emirates are easily available especially Ajman n Dubai. Grocery and restaurants are nearby. Calicut Paragon n Nellara to mention. Also Rolla Juice world is just 5 km away. Thank you.

    The building is well maintained and the flats are huge enough for big families and having enough space inside to live. Near by coffee shops , masjid, supermarkets makes people life easy.
