    Exceptional Stay at Jumeirah Living, WTC Dubai!Our family trip turned into an unforgettable experience during our stay at Jumeirah Living at WTC from January 18-23, 2025. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment through Booking.com after reading reviews and checking pictures, and to be honest, it exceeded our expectations!From the super courteous and caring staff to the lightning-fast housekeeping service, everything was impeccable. The apartment was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lavish, and the central location saved us both time and money.A special mention to their thoughtful gesture of sending a birthday cake to our room upon noticing it was my sons birthday—this truly made our stay even more memorable.Without a doubt, Jumeirah Living at WTC will be my first choice whenever I visit Dubai again!

    It was generally a great stay except for the issue with the pool facility. We took the kids here for a staycation (3 nights) and the pool had technical issues (temp too cold) during most of our stay. One of the main reasons we book the hotel is because of the pools so that was dissappointing.Note: We are regulars so this is an objective view.

    We stayed for 5 nights at the Jumeirah World Trade Residences, everything from the customer service to the breakfast , everything was amazing, Staff were very kind and accommodated all our needs. 100% will be back next year .Thank to everyone who made our stay so comfortable

    I will give a 10/10 for this place. We had a beautiful stay. We took our parents and grand parents for the stay and had a wonderful time. The place was super cosy. Rooms were great. Best part was the view. The apartment we stayed had great views from all sides. We got to see beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was descent. Special mention to Mathew and another lady from Sri Lanka who took good care of us during our 3 days stay. I must say that they serve one of the best croissants in the city. They were made fresh. Crispy butterfly crunchy and soft inside. Service was great. Room Services were top notch. They have a very good space for kids. They do have planned activities foe kids so that you can leave them there with the lady who is too good with kids. Totally recommend this place.

    Stayed for 2 days for the 3rd Birthday of my youngest son. Kiara on the reception takes extra miles to make sure it will be unforgettable staycation and Birthday Celebration for my son. Julie, Anoma and Roy of Olivine take good care of us for our daily breakfast.They were very accommodating and cheerful and make sure that our stay will be the best.We stayed in 2 bedroom and it was by the best and amazing staycation for my family.Hoping to go back again.

    I stayed for Gitex event. Very close to the exhibition. All staff are nice and kind. Without being biased this is one of the residence that I noticed a well trained staff and very welcoming. Kiara and Emma in the reception made me feel at home. Thanks

    First time coming here I definitely loved it!The rooms are great although some rooms has tv’s that had one channel… the service is great offered us free snacks and water. The location is great close to the WTC Station. And can take you to Dubai mall. Breakfast buffet is nice but a bit limited with seats and food.

    Our stay was made extra special with the service given by the teams. For the food a big Thankyou to Matthew, Anoma and team for looking after our families every need.The WhatsApp room service was very quick and efficient and responded fast to all messages.Rooms were cleaned well and presented beautifully.The hotel was undergoing works so lifts were a little slow but they fully made up for it with smiles and welcomes and great service every time.

    Loved our stay here. Rooms are exactly what they need to be, simple, well air conditioned and clean. Although it was a shame the amenities were closed for refurbishment. The best part of our stay was the lovely Anoma in the restaurant, she is incredible and a professional.

    I had difficulty staying in one of the apartments due to nearby smoking neighbors (although it’s non smoking residence). The fact that some residence apartments are partially owned by people, so the hotel cannot manage them. Luckily, the hotel management found an alternative apartment and they were very helpful.Nevertheless I enjoyed their kind services and associated attractions (Wildwadi and Jumeirah Beach).

    It is the second time we had the pleasure of staying at this place. There is not one thing I could say was wrong. Apart from how nice and well presented the breakfast was ,it was the manager Mr. Mathews. What a gentle soul he is. He makes you feel home and take cares of you to such a high level.     Absolutely an excellent residence in Dubai with good location near all major attractions. The duplex apartment is very large and very well furnitured, and has a full kitchen and washing appliances. Roof top swimming pool is also neat and refreshing.Staff are friendly and caring. Breakfast is also excellent with many faraities. The only downside is housekeeping needs improvement. Many thanks to Mr Khusan Khudayberdiev for his distinguish attention during checkin.

    This is a upscale apartment hotel in a high-rise building situated close to Dubai World Trade Centre and Shk Zayed Road.     Frankly speaking, it is one of the best hotels in Dubai, very suitable for familiesThe room is clean, spacious, and the bathroom is tidy. You will find all the personal necessities. The food is varied and delicious. There is a grocery store in which you will find everything you want. The staff are all distinguished and cheerful.

    A very wonderful experience. The location is close to the Dubai Mall. The staff is very wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. The stay was wonderful for me, especially the issue of providing drinking water. The only problem that I hope they will solve is the food. The breakfast was very good, but the food in the rooms was not good at all in terms of the hotness of the food, the variety, and even the taste. It needs improvement, but in general we enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom services are excellent. The apartment was very comfortable. The air conditioner is very cold and suitable for the hot weather. I thank all the staff. The staff at the place made my vacation wonderful.

    I advise anyone who is looking for cleanliness, comfort, and a quiet location to live in these hotel apartments. They have a nice feature. Most young children from 5 years old and above are allowed into the large pool and put on life jackets. There are a large number of lifeguards around the pool and their eyes are on the children, and sometimes they make the children happy in the pool. What I liked is the speed of their response to the apartment’s requests. Ask for the request and within a few minutes, I have the pearls. I advise you. You call them on the phone and ask about someone named Ahmed in the reservations department. He will not be late with you.

    Hotel apartment category you can get one, two or three bedrooms. Good location close to most areas of Dubai and also close to old Dubai. It has a swimming pool and a childrens pool, a childrens play area, a fairly good restaurant, there is a grocery store inside the building, the apartments consist of two floors and contain all modern electrical appliances even a dishwasher, and it contains complete cooking utensils in addition to a jacuzzi in the master room which is very clean. I enjoyed the stay very much.A simple comment we tried to extend the stay for a night but unfortunately they did not cooperate with us on the price even though we were staying for four days 😭

    The hotel is suitable for families or groups, depending on the hotel apartments and room levels. Constant cleanliness, facilities for using the beach, Wild Wadi Aqua Park.     It is rare for me to give 5 stars as a rating, but for the honesty it is very excellent. The apartment is two floors, a duplex system. The foundation is very clean. There is a kitchen and it contains complete tools. The mother of the staff. We start with the reception. Miss Aisha is very wonderful. Also, the valet staff and bags. The view is more than wonderful from the room’s balcony.

    We were on vacation in the UAE and this hotel was suggested to us. Everything was just wonderful - polite staff, wonderful rooms - clean and comfortable - a 5-star hotel! I especially liked the restaurant - you won’t find such delicious dishes anywhere else! The guide suggested an excursion from the “Chance Tours” campaign in Sharjah. I really liked it - especially the “Museum of Islamic Civilization.” Thank you for the good excursion!!
