The building is very new, only few people are living at this moment so expect some issues as you will be the first tenant to try or test everything in the unit but the maintenance is fast they fix everything quickly. The building has studios and 1 bedroom only. Most people who lives here are bachelor few family. It has pool and gym, only 6 floors. The paints are very clean, lights are bright, walls, cabinets, doors, glass windows are very clean. Security guards are 24/7 rounding. Since the building is new problem with signal with Du is not working inside the house, you have to go to your balcony but sometimes signals are coming but mostly not. Wifi is working but installation is pretty slow. You have to keep follow up with Etisalat or Du for the connection.

I loved it so much I stayed for 14 days was amazing and good service and the security team are amazing and friendly I have no issue at all with WiFi good no issue with the hot water, I had HOT water all the timeI’m def will be back to that placeIt’s so quite area, and Mira she’s very nice on the phone with meI don’t have any problem with her at all
