Easily accessible place.... My landlord was good so the flat was good but have too many people staying at this building. Have restaurants in the same buildi g and have a new supermarket in 2 min. So its a great option dont miss if u get a chance.....

I stay in K5 building at 7 th floor which is the top floor of building. It is so good and clean. The building is painted white .Here too many people stay from diffrent country.Have resturant in the same building . Have near supermarket like Era , Almaya and from the building metro station is near al rigga metro station and union metro station . near by the building there is prayer masjid. In this building there is fitness club like jym . In front of the building there is free space where we can play cricket and games .

K5 building is one of the famous building in Salauddin street. Famous restaurant is located down to that building example Bait al mandi. Building also have one gym at the M level. Nice and claim environment for the residency.

I put 5 stars because I was one of the old tenants and my memory is that it was one of the best building and its location is second to none, but currently, unfortunately, it is filled with Indians and Filipinos and it is not suitable for housing for families except for sharing and there are rats.
