    The building is in excellent condition. Cleanliness is top-notch, and regular upkeep keeps everything running smoothly. A well-managed and welcoming environment Neat, clean, and professionally managed. The building is maintained to a high standard, and it really shows. Definitely adds value to the living experience. One of the cleanest buildings I’ve lived in. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and common areas like staircases, corridors, and parking are always tidy and well-kept. The maintenance team clearly takes pride in their work. It gives a great first impression every time you walk in. Common areas are cleaned regularly, and everything from the lobby to the lifts is kept in excellent condition. Truly a pleasant place to live.

    Kappa akka 2 is A 13 floor building and at 14th floor you get gym and pool and washrooms, very neat and clean, family building, nearby grocery shopping, home delivery you get all thing, very nice to stay here.
