Exceptional Location and Views. Just unbelievable Gaia Park made exclusively to Residents (none of the recent projects were able to offer anything similar to Gaia park).Quality of exteriors, quality of interiors. Miele kitchen appliances. It’s 5* Residential Living among greeneries and close to the only wildlife sanctuary in Dubai. -

Just up to 10 mins from busy downtown you can find yourself in this beautiful resort and stunning 5* branded residences, and walk in Gaia Garden, overlooking sunset and Dubai wildlife sanctuary, take a jogging across Promenade or go for cycling dozens of km (and you can actually reach Four Seasons Jumeirah) -

Was recently passing by this property and was surprised how cool it’s getting. Also, there are Cactus park, Coffee shops, Promenade. And not to mention their Gaia park! -
