    The building has undergone a good upgrade and has good facilities and apartments are all furnished. The management need to clean the building facade more regularly but a pleasant place to stay.

    Best layouts in Dubai, good investment. Neighbours are nice, security very helpful. Maintenance staff also very helpful. Great location to live.

    Overall good place, clean and bright.The big problem is the GYM - very small, poor equipment, the main problem is that GYM is like a public Toilet for the whole complex staff like guards and services guys all go to GYM toilet. Why the service staff do not have dedicated toilet?Administration pls note this and do something

    The build is clean and the apartment are also very big. Swimming pool is not okay since very long. Security gaurds are very friendly.
