Nice building, always clean since the owner is the famous facility management company (Khansaheb). Very quiet and family friendly. The gym is amazing, also there is a close playing are for kids, and there an open yard as well. -

Well maintained living space with ample parking, gym, play area and 24/7 security in the residential neighborhood of Dubai Silicon Oasis. Very close to the Silicon Central Mall, Clinics, Restaurants and Supermarkets. -
