Living in this building has been amazing. Everything that you need is available in just a couple of steps. A huge swimming pool at the roof with sunbeds and while you swim you can leave your children at the play area, which is right beside the pool. at the evenings you can go to the roof and chat with your friends in the sofas. Other than that you get to enjoy a fully equipped gym with a sauna and steam room. I am happy to call this building Home.

Just moved in with my family last week in this building. As we were new to Dubai Mr. Shahid made everything so easy and smooth. He took in charge of everything from the start to end. Even the building management is very supportive. The security and maintenance staff is very vigilant and responsive. A must recommended building and services.

Honestly the building provides great value for the money I’m paying. It has many great facilities, the swimming pool and gym being my personal favorites. I’m also quite fond of the finishing on my apartment and the building as a whole. Though I do think they could improve the parking entrance.

The apartment is in a very beautiful and peaceful area. I have been to the property a couple of times - it has good facilities, security, and is well maintained by the team. The park right in front of the building is a great place to chill out and relax at any time of the day/night.

Excellent location right opposite the JVC park and near the Al Khail exit. The apartment is equipped with Italian Kitchen, high end tiles and accessories. The building has great amenities such as a fully equipped Gym (basically no need to go to an outside Gym) combined with Steam & Sauna, Olympic Size infinity swimming pool at the roof, Fountain areas and kids play area.

This is a one of the best building as per the maintenance and the services provided by the building management .I rent one apartment in this building and really living here its an amazing experience. Mr Shahid is a very professional and helpful guy i found here , I really appreciate and I recommend people to visit this building and grab the opportunity of peaceful living with standards.

The cleaning service is excellent, staffs are professional especially the Filipino Lady Jessica, she is so good and well trained in cleaning! Highly recommended!
