I feel so lucky having found this charming and peaceful place to call home. Just minutes from the beach, cute courtyard with coffee shops and a cycle away to downtown on the canal - couldn’t ask for more! But there is so much more as the staff and management at la Plage are one of a kind. Always genuinely friendly and helpful. It really makes it home 😊 -

Just moved in into this charming little complex. The apartments and facilities are very well maintained. Location is very centered, and I must mention the tranquility of the place. Jihad the complex manager and his team are very easy to communicate with and super efficient! We are so excited to be living here!Francois & Miljana -

An oasis of calm right in the city centre. Beach Road at your doorstep but once you are inside, peaceful, quiet, lush and greener than you expect! The complex is very well maintained and a pleasure to be in. Jihad, who manages the complex, does a fine job of keeping it running smoothly and is very helpful. A pleasure to be there. -
