Lived in this building for 2 years.Location on the water is good but it’s a bit isolated. Luckily they opened a supermarket on the ground floorAmenities are very nice and views are amazing in the buildingBuilt quality is good compared to general market although we used to have rain leaking through the windows even after maintenance would try to fix several timesOne thing you should be aware of, jet skis and loud noisy cars. Jet ski noise is quite loud during the evenings of summer months and quite loud all day during cooler winter monthsLoud noisy cars are also very present throughout the year. For some reason that island has become a meeting spot for them at night so they are quite loud almost every night until 2-3am.Overall we loved living in the building and would stay longer if we didn’t have to relocate for personal reasons.

Ideally located in-between Dubai and Sharjah, La Plage Tower is designed to be the future iconic landmark at the border of these two emirates. This sophisticated and vibrant tower with mesmerizing external features offers stunning views of the beach as it is situated right at the beachfront of Al Mamzar area.La Plage Tower has 45 floors in total, with 350 residential apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms plus duplex apartments. Some of these units are built with large terraces. It also holds 2 commercial shops and 17 office spaces. Tower amenities include spacious parking slots, swimming pool for both kids and adults, separate gym for gents and ladies furnished with new and modern equipment. The tower is equipped with 24/7 security staff to monitor safety of the premises and its residents.

Its a beautiful waterfront building in Sharjah, from the high floors you can see the entire Dubias land marks and skyline is absolutely amazing but one red flag here I notice is the crazy sound of jet skies right in front of the building. Its like a marathon of wild sounds after every 5 mins, otherwise its a peaceful place.

Best views one can wish for. There are unobstructed sea views in every corner you turn. You can sea all landmarks of Dubai from your living room. From Creek Harbor skyline to burj khalifa, burj al arab, ain dubai, and even Atlantis, the royal in a clear day. High ceiling rooms and well managed building. The reception team is extremely helpful and friendly. Its a blessing to live in this tower.The quality of construction is very good for sharjah. However, in Dubai, you can find higher quality apartments for much more money and much less views. You choose!You have easy access to all offerings of Dubai and Sharjah as its located on the border of both emirates.Jetskis sound can be loud during the evening, but its not that bothering on higher floors towards Dubai. Its not allowed for Jetskis to come to the Dubai side of the beach. Some jetskis break the law and still come to the Dubai side and bother people with their jets noise. I guess thats everywhere with Waterfront Living. The food trucks are a great lovely addition to this area. However, it gets very busy on Friday nights, and people wanna show their car engines power... which is again everywhere in UAE!

Brand new amazingly managed tower, 6 elevators! 24/7 security, maintanance:very good, pest control often:YES maintained parking spot:YES! carwash inside garage 3 times week for SUV 100aed month:great!!, amazing shaded pool refreshing water. Very good gym male and female, great managing from Al Thuriah agency, acces to both lagoons, specially mamzar dubai lagoon for swiming, runing track, biking track, outdoor workout area, etc..(great beach!), food trucks acroos the street. Feels more like a vacation spot to be honest, Beachfront living!

New residential complex located on Mamzar beach,Sharjah! View is one of the best in Sharjah! Surrounded by waters and very calm. One of the best area for waking at evening.

Newest tower in Sharjah. Really Nice view to Dubai and sea. Easy access to Dubai Al Mamzar. Best building in Sharjah and nearest to Dubai. Good management always try to help you.
