Nice building, nice location, easy exit and entry of JVC, nice pool with bbq area. Steam room and lounge room available. Three quite fast lifts. Good view with no buildings to block. Spacious one bedroom with laundry room

La Rivière Apartments is one of the best if not the best in JVC. Management has control and very organised + friendly and understanding. Mr Samed is always supportive. Maintenance team is amazing by bilal. The building is always under maintenance with no troubles. I will miss this tower and good community there.

Luxurious residential complex in Dubai. It has everything for residents: a large heated swimming pool, a small childrens pool, a jacuzzi, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a barbecue area with all the equipment and sinks for washing dishes. All this is free. There is also a gym with a full range of exercise equipment for residents. There is also a cinema room for watching films with a large group, which is also a room for business meetings. Parking is located on the first 4 floors, one-room and two-room apartments have one parking space each, and three-room apartments have two. 24-hour security, they also act as a concierge.Very convenient location, you can quickly reach any area of Dubai.
