And Mr akmal as the tower manager of collection always reminds me of the payment and provides clear methods to make it easier on us to make the needful and pay be on time.

    I have been a resident of lake city tower in JLT and i came across few issues regarding the access cards. Mr Akmal was one of the person I met in person at the Bunat office in JVC. He is a very humble and respectful person and helped me guided me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend to get in touch with him if somethings wrong. He will assist you properly and get the issues resolved.

    I have been a resident of appartment no 2007 lake city tower for past twelve years By the way, the past record of Tiger Company has not been that good, but due to some recent staff changes, things will be quite positive. Earlier, the old staff did not pay much attention to things and work or any kind of complaint, but now some improvement is coming and complaints are being heard and the problem is being resolved. I hope that Tiger Company will maintain the reputation of its name in the future as well.

    The efforts from Bunat Management to change new access cards and help stop sharing in LCT was really impressive. Also, getting new card is just 300 AED, which is a fair price by the standards in UAE. I’m living here since the past 3 years and have seen the changes first hand.Mr. Obada is very helpful in dealing with all the issues, and provide his assistance to all members. He should surely be credited for the changes in LCT. Please continue to work tirelessly for the success of this building.

    Great location. Metro is 30 steps from main entrance of building. Saved myself from sweating in Dubai heat. Has access to go to all the malls and tourist sites in new Dubai area. Saved HEAPs of the taxi expenses.

    Great location near the metro. Very convenient and the security are helpful and professional. Maintenance takes quick action to check on any issues. Overall its been a great year staying here. It is being made more family oriented from before which is an advantage. I wish the pool was a bit more welcoming. However everything else in terms of location, conveniences and comfort makes it worth being here.

    I really enjoy living in this tower! Good views, great facilities, and lovely surroundings. I particularly enjoy that there are so many amenities available, like the well equipped gym.When the weather is good i like to walk across the Marina which takes about 10 mins.JLT is such a great area to live in, it is close to many shops and great restaurants.Going to work is easy as the metro is 10 steps from the tower.Over all, a great building and area!

    Lake City Tower in JLT, Dubai, is an exceptional place to live! Its a prime location in Cluster D. I enjoy stunning views of the lake and the city skyline. The tower offers modern amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and 24/7 security. The management changed the whole team and now security are very nice and friendly.Plus, its proximity to the Metro, restaurants, shops, and recreational facilities adds convenience to daily life. I live here for two amazing years.Overall, Lake City Tower is a fantastic place to call home in the vibrant city of Dubai.
