    Very conveniently located. Lots of taxis available. Food from variety of Cuisines available. Chemist, stores, every possible requirements are conveniently located within walking distance. Jogging areas, fitness centres, play grounds and open air gym also available.

    Amazing location, JLT is such a great area to live. The gym and pool are currently under renovation hence the Building will enjoy new facilities in few weeks. Definitely a great place to stay.

    I had the pleasure of visiting the lake shore a few months ago. It was a beautiful summer day and the sun was shining brightly. The lake was a deep blue and the waves were gently lapping against the shore. I took a stroll along the shore, taking in the sights, smells, and sounds of the area. The air was fresh and breezy and the scenery was stunning. I stopped and watched a family of ducks swimming in the lake, and watched the fish jump out of the water. I enjoyed the peaceful sound of the birds chirping and the sun reflecting off the water. I also stopped to look at some of the boats that were docked in the area. Some of them were small fishing boats and others were larger pleasure boats. I enjoyed the day immensely and was very pleased with the experience.

    Its one of the best apartment to live here in JLT. The apartment is so spacious, neat & clean along with a nice view of the lake. There are plenty of supermarkets, pharmacy & restaurants nearby. Metro is 3 to 4 minutes walk from here only. Tram is also 5 minutes walk. Staffs are professional & polite.I really enjoy staying here & highly recommend others to go for it.P.S Dont take any individual owners flat because you have to pay from your pocket for any maintenance work. Always go for the flat maintained by the building management.

    The Air conditionning works well, there is a gym in the basement, it is safe, there is a doorman / reception, the elevator always works. I thought it did the job for the price. Crowd in the building is not made of hipsters but really its totally fine. I liked it.

    JLT is always superb. However, the balcony rails are a bit low for this building and is a safety risk for someone very tall. They need to be higher so that anyone can stand in the balcony and enjoy the view in peace.

    We lived here for 3 years and it is one of the best apartment buildings in Dubai. Well maintained, 2nd floor pool with an indoor hot tub (that actually works!) and steam room/sauna. Apartments are big and some have floor to ceiling windows. Balconies are a decent size and the views are great on most sides of the building.

    The only residential tower in cluster y. 2 bedroom apartment on the higher floors have an annoying pole in the living room, which is also a bit small IMHO. The swimming pool is on the 1st floor, on ground floor they have Indiana delights and a newly opened cat Cafe... Meowtropolis

    Taste is close to authentic Mexican music, not the regular tex-mex you get everywhere else. Burrito dough is kinda sweet just FYI.

    Today I got my highlights done and I am extremely happy I found Feldvoss. The result is simply convincing: natural, ashy, thin highlights (only blondes can relate) is exactly what I was hoping for! Marie Louise, the very charming hairdresser/stylist at Feldvoss managed to exceed my expectations by far and I will definitely return. Thank you Marie!Ps: You have to try their Edelflower Lemonade!
