Great place to live for families, with good accessibility to E311 and E44 , clean building, good security, ample resident parking. Near city centre with Carrefour and lots of shops and grocery story at the ground floor. Great view from balcony. Facilities include tennis court, pool etc. Best locality for affordable accommodation.

Great place to live with your family. Lake view from the balcony is so nice. Easy accessible from E311 and E44, during peak hours it will be very difficult to enter and exit the community. Rent is also cheap compared to nearby communities.Security is so tight sometimes you will even get annoyed but this is good for you and your family’s safety.Nice apartments but I have doubts regarding build quality. We had an issue with broken bath tub but it got replaced soon after I have notified to the building management.Lots of stores down the streets and a huge City Center nearby which makes the community so enticing.

The building security is good. Cleanliness as well. Ample parking for tenants.The pool is a bit small for the number of occupants and a bit cold. The area of the pool is between 2 buildings causing a breeze which gives a chill during night swimming in winter. The temperaturw of the pool ought to be a bit warmer in the evenings.
